Calling all Vendors, Volunteers, Sponsors!
All of our vendors, sponsors, and volunteers get free admission to the fair, free lunch, one free drink (can be used for beer or wine!), and two raffle tickets. With different opportunities to support the Swiss Fair, which one suits you?
Sponsorship opportunities:
Program Ads
Half page, 5 ½” by 4 ¼”- $150
Full page, 5 ½” by 8 ½” - $250
List your business in our program directory- $25
*This is free with booth, any ad, or any donation over $50*
Vendor booths
10’ x 10’ canopy, includes 1 table and 2 chairs- $150
10’ x 10’ space only, no canopy, no chairs- $100
Website Ad-We will put your ad on our list of Sponsors for an entire year!- $200
Provide free samples of one of your products
Donate items to the Raffle or Silent Auction
Or just give a flat donation!
Volunteer opportunities:
Set up on the Saturday before the fair 5-8pm
Set up on Sunday morning before the fair 8-11am
Clean up Sunday evening after the fair
Volunteer at one of our many booths
Shifts are 4 hours long 11am-2pm or 2pm-5pm
Donate to the Raffle or Silent Auction
Donate gently used items for our “Second Time Around” booth
